Classes & Community
Community is an important and nourishing part of the personal growth process. I offer a diverse array of opportunities for seekers to come together, explore, shed old ways of being and take substantial steps to stand in who they want to be. Classes are always limited in size and are engaging and interactive, and give individuals the opporutnity to engage with their own transformation. Study groups use texts as a basis for exploration, and past authors include Pema Chodron, Anthony DeMello, Thich Nhat Hanh, Alan Watts and Tara Brach.
We have a community of sincere and welcoming individuals, and would love for you to join us.

Foundations of Inner Freedom

Do you want to experience more Ease and Balance in your life? How would it feel to live with less stress and with more self-compassion?
Through this course you will learn how to better navigate unhelpful patterns and live with more FREEDOM using principles of mindfulness. You will learn tools to manage stress, anxiety and negativity, as well as practices to cultivate balance, compassion and gratitude. We will also look at the science behind how and why meditation practices can be so effective. This class is for both new and experienced practitioners, and it will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with community.
